If I workout five days a mon/tues, wed-off and thur/fri. how many times should i work my arms.

once or twice dont work them 3 times cause thats to much

I do one body part a day.
Mon. Chest
Tues. Legs
Wed. Off
Thurs. Arms
Fri. Back
Sat. Shoulders
sun. Off

don't work the same muscle within 2 consecutive days except for abs...thats's what you ought to remember.
