whats a good size in inches for teens what do the winners of the show usually average like 17 or 18 years old

first of all.. the arms of the young competitors varies greatly, some easily pass 18 inches. Your arm size and potential lie in your genetics..

Xavier, I assume you plan to compete? You should not worry about what the others have but what package YOU can bring to the table. The key to remember is to keep your symmetry. There are three main parts which you should keep the same size, your arms flexed, your neck and your calves. Use that as a guide to your arms size.

When i was 17-18 i had 16" arms, thats a little bigger than average.

When I was 18 my arems measured 13 3/4 inches, I had only been working out for 3 years. I didnt really have a good routine but now they measure 17 1/4 and I am in my twenty's. good luck

I'm 16 and i'm not really skinny but my arms go from 13 1/2 unflexed to 17 1/2 flexed is that good? i like it anyways.
