i was 185 like 4 months ago before i dieted down and got to 165 - 170 now for the past month ive been trying to put on weight eating more no cardio and taking weight gainer ive put on alot more mass but im stuck at a little over 170 what can i do to start goin up like I use to i know it hasnt been that long only like a month but there really hasnt been any weight gained anyone got advise

may be you can intensify your training. like do 4 to 6 reps every set...also may be you are over training or you aren't training enough. If you think that you can increase the workout days, then go ahead...but be careful not to overtrain and exhauhst yourself. over training is worse than not training at all, it can be the reason why you are stuck.

it cant be the intensity or reps cause i workout hard and i change the reps alot sometimes ill go heavy 4 to 6 and sometimes ill go 10 to 12 it could be overtraining im doin 3 on 2 off is that good

I think 2-3 days off is not bad...try to figure out what is wrong...may be you don't have enough positive mental attitude..before workout try to feel the power in your muscles..also watch bodybuilders photos..I think that should help

what is your diet like? How many meals are you eating each day? Increase you calorie intake at each meal.

i eat alot like 5 times and i even started taking weight gainer its weird cause im getting alot bigger than i was when i was at at 185 but my weight wont leave 170

How are you getting bigger if your weight is staying the same? If you are getting bigger muscles than you must be gaining weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. So unless you are losing the same weight in fat as you are gaining in muscle than something may be wrong. Is your scale accurate?? Are you taking your measurements?

I am on an eight week weight lifting program trying to gain some muscle mass. I am currently 135 lbs and would like to get to 150 lbs. Now when I do this program how much weight should I increase each week?
