I lift, HIT, 3x a week and cardio 3x a week. Mostly free weights and cables. Basic compound movments ie: presses, squats, rows exct... I do lond durration, low intensity cardio. How about you?

Sounds about the same for me except i try for 4-5x a week... or if i can't get into the gym i try and do it at home instead. How have the holidays been for you??

A little sad. I am in England and all of my fam is in the states. But Sants was good to me this year:) How was your X-Mass?
