I have discovered a new exercise for triceps. it is simply tricep extensions using bar or dumbbell on an inclined bench, It is half the way between tricep extension and french press.

I just started doing those and it feels great..... It`s same as the falt bench only you use decline one..... give it a try

I m Ramesh doing excercise last 5 yrs but my triceps not pumped well, its flabby will u tell me ur excercise so i can get bigger triceps and shap

another few good one are............doing skull cruchers with dumbells, and doing behind the neck tricep extenions with the rope attachment on a low pully...........the cable keep constand tension on the tricep it works great..............as for getting rid of the flab, thats more diet and cardio to get rid of fat........however you can't spot reduce reamember that. Any tricep excercise is good.....the best I say that worked best for me......close grip bench, rope press downs, kick backs, one arm tricep extensions, and skull crushes

neov3, just wondering, on most of your posts you always seem to talk about using really high rep schemes, 50 reps per set, why?? and how many sets?

As Big Andrew said, skullcrushers with dumbells...I tried them the other day, all I can say is WOW! What a difference, you really find out where your failure point is. Don't be surprised if one arm is different from the other.

heres another good one...........skul crushers on a low pully attachment...........try that one superseted with rope press downs.......might hurt to drive home but its great...........................doing 50 reps is mainly just to get blood flowing to the muscle.......honestly i see no point in doing that many reps unless your body building , or warming up.............sometimes I pick one excercise and do 10 set or 10 reps
