Or that Adrian character!!! too bad he works for FreeTrainers.com and his points don't count :) Actually it's all referrals.. and the quizzes! I noticed you got 10/10 on yours, I_sly - congrats!

A lot of people actually got 7's and 6's this time... looks like we'll have to push the 'training education' a little bit harder then maybe have a similar quiz later on and see how people improve... All of the questions were really just basic principles of training...

I have competed as a junior bodybuilder.. (2 years ago).. I haven't done any since, but when I get some size on me I'll start doing some amateur shows for fun...

I was 20, and I placed 1st in the Ontario Juniors...

What is your definition of stupid stuff?

Are you suggesting that the FT staff should read each and every single message before rewarding points?? That would definitely be time consuming. I think FT has done a GREAT JOB, and the points awarded for posting messages shouldn’t be changed.

Everyone gets points for posting even stupid stuff... Thats probably why there's a daily limit. You only have to post 5 times to get your max points. Some people post others don't. To some the points are important to others? Well you know...
