FLABBY girl!!! HELP!

hi! i'm 5'3 and weight 100lbs..i have a pretty nice body but have a flabby stomach...my friend told me that in order to get rid of it, i need to go on a diet..i really don't wana loose anymore lbs but wana loose the belly and i heard that you can't "SPOT TRAIN", so, if i run like 30-45 min(4-5 times a weeek) and do abs exercises, will it tighten my stomach?? PLEASE HELP....THANKS for ur time! :-)

Yes, but you still need a healthy diet, and it doesn't have to be anything dramatic. Just good, wholesome foods. Do your cardio and a great ab routine(try FT's) and I am sure you will get the results you want.

Yes, do not diet to lose weight, but eat well balanced healthy foods to fuel your body properly. Add in resistance training and you will add muscle therefore speeding up your metabolism and burning fat faster.

THe only way those abs will show any definition is if you clean up what you're putting into your body. With that I mean, stay away from processed foods, the more natural the food is the better. Get rid of simple carbs, white bread/rice/pasta, sugar, etc., Get some protein/complex carbs/good fat balanced into each of your 5 small meals a day.

Do a search on this site & you'll find more than enough info.

thanks to everyone that responded.....so, what yall are saying is that i eat more healthy food like fruits, fish, vegetables, and carbohydrates??...this might be a stupid question, but, what do u mean by healthy food?? can someone give me some examples...I've never gone on a diet, so, i need some serious help!!!...thank you again for your valueble time! :-)

Do not diet. This is a lifestyle change. The word diet alone is a trigger for people to fail...this is something to do forever. lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, lean meats, all well balanced serving sized.
