I switch back from a classic rock station to a morning radio show... MANCOW ... which is also on the local hard rock station.

If I had a MP3 player I would load it with heavy metal and fast punk.. Not the cheesy produced punk of today...

Thats just my style though. Now if I could only hold myself back from air gutiaring in the gym :-/

My best suggestion would probably be SlipKnot they're shit is hardcore and intergetic also a band called Poisin The Well

Thursday is an awesome motivating band. They're my favorite--also like Thrice, some Evanessence, Linkin Park, and sometimes some rap like Dr Dre
