hi, so i'm new to this site. I found it while doing secondary research on a report i have to do for school, i'm actually doing it right but i've gotten totally off track while reading these forums!!
anyways, i'd just like to know any methods for stretching around the hips, legs, hamstrings etc. anything in the lower body.
