Workout Splits

I workout four days a week, and I do my arms, chest, and back on mon and thursday, and i do my legs on tuesday and friday. Is this giving me enough time to recover, or should I split it up more than that? I can only workout 4 days a week, and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you're trying to gain size and strength, like your profile alluded to, you may not be giving your body enough time to recover if you're lifting with some serious intensity. On what days do you do your particular muscle groups, i.e., biceps on monday, hams on tuesday, etc.?? Maybe we can offer suggestions on some rearrangements.

Well right now I just switched to another workout program. I do chest on mondays, shoulders and back on tuesdays, bicepts and tricepts on thursday, and then I do all my legs excercises on friday. Do you have any suggestions on rearrangements?
