howdy , im a junior in highschool I also play football, Defensive end strong side, I have very strong legs , but my shoulders chest and forearms are much weaker, i need a ft workout that develop these parts into very strong parts. Also if any of yall know any exercises for strengthening your neck. The workouts i do at school dont seem to compare from the gains that i do on my own or from ft. I have to be able to be much stronger than the opposing to team tight end, this will be my 2nd year playing and my first year on varsity. I also would like to have enough power to wipe out any ball carrrier. PLEASE HELP!

The FT mass program may be right for you. Any mass program is adding strength. You will probably need a good healthy, high calorie diet also. Please fill in your profile, will give more people more inroads into what your needs are and current conditioning. Lots of people to help you here.
