I'm pretty young(15) but I've been lifting for about a year. I can't really follow a diet because of school and time. What are the best size/strength exercises?

Sorry to tell you this, but diet is at least half, if not more, of your success. Even though at 15, your body may be more forgiving with your diet then someone in their 30s or 40s, if you're serious about any appreciable gains, you'll take a look at your diet as well.
As far as particular lifts, take a look under the powerlifting thread. This has been discussed several times.

Hi..It is me again. If you were me and you chose some suppliments to take, what would they be? Im only 15 years old but am dedicated to getting my body in the best shape possible. I will do whatever it takes. Will you please help me?
