try it 350 i do legs today.

DOWN make sure you doing it right man baCK STRAIGHT WHEN GOING.
I WAS DOING 4 SETS MY LAST SET WAS 285 TO 300LBS
THEN ONE DAY A MONSTER CAME TO THE GYM WAITED UNTIL I WAS DONE, HE SAID YO,YOU GOING TO KILL YOUR BACK
LEANING TOO FORWARD PUTTING PRESSURE ON YOUR BACK ,HE SHOWED ME HOW AND I FELT IT MORE
IM NOT GOING TO LIE IT WAS ALOT HARDER TO DO 285 LBS.
I MEAN ITS GREAT MAKE SURE YOU DOING IT RIGHT .

yep with proper form a lighter weight can be harder to do....
