You only got results from the protein if you don't get the needed protein in your diet.

Creatine is not a wonder product (do some search). Creatine is a great supplement but it's YOU who make it work. No magic, one still has to work the butt off.......

Since creatine and protein are completely different supplements,
you're not going to get the same effect from one as you will from
the other. Depends on your goal. I use both products - protein
to help get my daily protein requirement - I don't have a large
appetite and find that having a couple of shakes a day gets me
all the protein I need. When I'm on a growth cycle I also add in
my creatine and I always take glutamine. If you're getting all
the protein you need in your diet then you don't need to supplement
your protein. It's still good for convenience though. Just my 2 cents.

Manzer, Creatine has different effects for different people and times of day. If you take it before working out you may experience strength gains during it. If you take it After workout you may get more water to your muscles making them look fuller. I have found that creatine doesn't really work for your goals(gain mass). But may help in strength. Taking protein will give you results unless you are maybe injured or something. FILL IN YOUR PROFILE!

Use your search button on both subjects (protein and creatine). There have been hundreds of recent posts on these in this forum.

Good luck!
