I have been lifting for about 8 or 9 months now. In the first 3 months I put on 20 pounds of muscle but now I am at a stand still. Can't gain more muscle and my weight has stayed the same. I probably can guess it is my diet as I do eat school lunches and it is hard to meet my carbohydrates for the day. Should I maybe switch from regular protein to a Weight gainer with carbs and protein mixed together??? Could this benifit me???

You have to calculate how much proteins, carbs and fat you need to continue putting on muscle mass.

It's normal to hit a plateau, and it's all a question about diet.

Well I now what i need but I dont know what I do get for a day.
My protein is right up where it needs to be but for carbs I dont think I am close but it is hard to say. I eat school lunches and have no idea what the facts are for that stuff and there is no way I am asking LUNCH LADY LIN or LUNCH LADY DOT!!!
