Does anyone have any advice on taking Amino Fuel 1500 (by Twinlab). The label says 2-4 tablets per meal OR as recommended by a personal trainer. Some personal trainers say to take them only on workout days, others say to take them every day. Anyone have any advice on what has worked for them? Are they worth the money and time? Also, these things are huge...surprised their not a choking hazard!

You can take them everyday if your goal is to add Muscle Mass. Amino's are great at a work out.At meals they insure that you are getting the broad spectrum of amino's as food is not always complete protein. Take with lots of water. Beverly Nutrition makes on called Mass Amino and they are bnot as BIG. I take 12 while working out and 3 with each meal.

personally, i liked amino tech by universal (suprised? LOL). nice broad spectrum along with some other bonuses, and they are not big as well. i used to take 10 when i woke up and 10 when i went to bed.

Thanks for the info. Great site for information! Hey Leslie, I can see why you say "take with plenty of water", you have to since these things can get stuck in the pipes! They sure make the workouts seem more powerful. Thanks again...Mark
