Hey guys,

I have just started with this liquid creatine. They say that I don't need a loading phase. But I thought that no matter what the creatine is, there should be a loading phase. Is that correct?

The liquid serum does not require a loading phase. However, that stuff didn't work well on me as the normal white powdered creatine. Stick with the good old powder and look for the Creapure logo.

Good luck...

as i have said b4, i have never seen a liquid creatine that that can be supported with sound chemistry; at the present time, i am VERY leary of any.

in my opinion, stick with the old-fashioned powder: its the cheapest and is the only form of creatine that has been shown to work. also, if i were you, stick with creapure brand creatine - its the cleanest and most analyzed one on the market. only a few companies are authorized to use it, universal and prolab are two of them.
