Wondering,,,,,I take whey protein morning and noon,,,I then take mass fuel, after workout. question does mass fuel create bulk muscle or is it a fat gain...

That depends. What's in your mass gainer? Do you know how many calories your body need corresponding to your lean muscle mass and activity?

Protein promotes muscle gain. Fat gain comes from eating more calories than you are using. If you are with in you
calories needed in a day you shouldn't gain fat. If you over eating it won't matter if is fat carbs or protein you will gain fat!
