... of all the different supplements out in the world market, only a couple reaches my puny country. anyone interested to answer, here's my question:
1. is ANIMAL PAK a good supplement?
2. does supplements have long shelf life? (ive been seeing these CELL-TECHS for sale, and i think they're old stock!)
3. does Xenadrine also have long shelf-life?
4. which is better, pure creatine supplements or the labeled ones such as celltech, animalpak, whey, etc.?

as far as ANIMAL PAK goes i have never used it or read about it so i don't know about that. but i beleive that Cell-Tech has a pretty good shelf life. Just pick some up and take it home and try it once. if it tastes to much like acid then you know that you need to take it back. as far as which is better, Cell-Tech in my opinion is the purest and best form of Creatine available. and for whye protein i recommend Nitro-Tech from MuscleTech. but if they protein is not as readily available i would recommend any whey protein. hope i could help you.

My husband uses the Animal Pack. There are lots of pills but they are big. They cover anything you would want and then some.

I prefer pure creatine just because it gives you more flexibility for meal/shake planning. can mix it with more stuff.

1.Animal Pak is the best multi on the market. I've used it for 15 years as a basis for everything else that was in my regimen.
2. Stick with good old fashioned plain creatine powder.
