how accurate is this machine 5 weeks ago it said i was 14percent bf last week 9percent....now 13.5 percent so confused i have lost almost 3 inches in 5 weeks so it has to be lower than 13 i tried a navy one where you do a neck measurement your height and waist size and it said 9 what is up...

J, is it a scale? If you can get your hands on some calipers, they would be more reliable...

it was a monitor where they put your age and weight and you hold it in front of you until it gives a reading i am just going to get some calipers this week end i guess....

I ordered a fat caliper. I am going to get my bodyfat done by my personal trainer and then do it on my own so I can see if I do it right. You can get a caliper a this web site pretty cheap.

well did not find a caliper but had my bf measured 3 different places it is 9 percent.at all 3 places..yahoo........but i have some loose skin oh well cant have everything.....
