Hi, I'd like to know how long I should rest between reps, when I should stretch, and what is the definition or difference between sets and reps. Is there somewhere that explains stretches for different muscle groups? I just want to know how to do this all properly and get the most out of it. Thanks

Ok do a search here for stretches there are a lot, as for set and reps you do a number of reps fpr each set. Example you are doing bench press you do 10 reps for set 1, 8 reps for set 2, 6 reps for set 3. The rep number depends on what you are doing. Mass gain or fat loss. Mass is usualy lower reps and fat loss is higher. Good luck!

Your rest times may vary. If you are doing high reps, low weights, about 30-60 seconds. Heavy weights, low reps, anywhere from 90 seconds to 3 minutes. Depending on your goals. I do moderate weight, medium to high reps and rest for 60 seconds between each set.

Hi roni0906: I'm doing low weights with high reps, so yes the rest times sound right to me. I'm starting to feel successful with this. I have muscles again. thanks Your rest times may vary.
