This is my first week in the progarm, and i am have a huge problem reaching the protein, carbs, cal, levels not even close to half and keeping the fat levels down. are supliments a good idea?

Yes protein shakes and meal replacements....... At least then you will not get as much fat.

To eat real food would be better thou. Try reading a little bit about the different nutrition and put together a better diet.

Check out the nutrition area here at ft too. Cottage cheese is good fat free, tuna, chicken, low fat meats, ect.
Good Luck
Also get a good protein supp too
