Just wanted to post here since i am new... I am 23 live in Provo Utah.. I have been lifting for 2 years now..I have had great improvements in body shape as well as endurance.. Now I am looking to Tone up... My only problem is i am plagued with Snowboarding and old High School Football injuries... Have people seen dramatic results from any of the programs here at FT? I have my own program but want to try new ones.

Absolutely Billy. The programs here are really wonderful. Welcome.

I joined about two months ago and started an ft mass program. I have seen my greatest gains ever, after lifting off and on for 15 years. There is always more to learn.

Good luck!

Wow, 2 years? I really feel like a novice now. Good thing there's a gym in my condominium, I doubt I could bear going to the public ones with all the other buff people! My friend was telling me how these really buff guys were teasing this one new guy by doing exactly what he did, but with heavier weights etc. The new guy slinked off after awhile. Good luck with toning up! Hopefully in two years I'll reach your stage :D

kitten - not one of those big buff people started out that way. I think you'll find most people that go to the gym regularly are the same type of people you see posting on FT.

Well You have to start somewhere... I think the best thing to do is get a workout partner who is about at the same stage as you are... That is what i did.. then you push each other.. I am not big by any means I don't really want the huge look i just like to be in shape and toned :) Good luck
