HI!!!!
I am having a terrible time leaning/toning up my inner thigh area. I never had this problem until I turned 27! What can I do to focus on the correct muscles? I naturally have a very athletic build- legs tend to bulk up-I hate this! Also, need advice on toning up the glutes and making them appear rounder.

Welcome to FT christy! I am assuming you are already an active person. From what I hear lunges are really good for your glutes. FT has a thigh and glutes program you might want to give a try. Also, if you go to the muscle and fitness hers site, I think they have some exercises for targeting your thighs/glutes.

Sumo squats and side lunges AND of course some cardio and the diet.

This is your answer, now genetic we are all more or less concern with that problem.

Good luck!!

You could also try maybe some hip adduction exercises.. the gym I sometimes goto has a machine like this ->

there is also another one around that you spread your legs apart on thats for hip abduction I think...
