jp4235 Posts: 2 Joined: 2002/04/15	2002/05/01, 12:56 PM Hello, I am new to this site and have not had a chance to start the program. I am a 24 year old male, 6'2" @ 225lbs. I am now ready to start and was wondering if it was possible to restart my program and how I would go about this? I was also wondering how I would change my workout days. I am currently scheduled for MON. TUES. THUR. FRI. , but I work 8-5 Mon-FRI, and Play Softball Tuesday Nights. Because of this I think it would be best to have a SUN. MON. WED. THUR. Schedule. Is this possible? Thanks! JP4235

I play tennis so I have to do two days at once, or work out on one of my scheduled off days. I believe if you select to change your program in your ft exercise profile you can select it again and it'll start over automatically. -------------- And my soul must be iron, because my fear is naked. I'm naked and fearless.
