Hello, I am new to this site and have not had a chance to start the program. I am a 24 year old male, 6'2" @ 225lbs. I am now ready to start and was wondering if it was possible to restart my program and how I would go about this? I was also wondering how I would change my workout days. I am currently scheduled for MON. TUES. THUR. FRI. , but I work 8-5 Mon-FRI, and Play Softball Tuesday Nights. Because of this I think it would be best to have a SUN. MON. WED. THUR. Schedule. Is this possible? Thanks! JP4235

Hmmm, I don't think you can change the days to specific days. You can just substitute though. I play tennis so I have to do two days at once, or work out on one of my scheduled off days. I believe if you select to change your program in your ft exercise profile you can select it again and it'll start over automatically.

Thanks for the advice. For some reason it would not restart my workout program unless I changed my goals, but I finally got it to work out for me.
