Hi there
Am all new to this and don’t have much equipment
All I have so far is a rowing machine
Just wondering if these are any good.

Welcome to ft!

The good ones allow you to increase the resistance. Otherwise, they just help you tone. Invest in a workout bench with weights and you'll be better off.

The rowing machines (talking about the cardio one) is one of the best exercises you can find to work the most muscles in one time.

It works everything; arms, back, abs, legs......

Okey, it's a great cardio (and you can even get toned by using this one) but you'll never grow big muscles.

BUT it's definitely better than nothing, so you go on!!
