Yo everyone, if anyone could give me some tips about increasing my muscle mass whilst gaining extra flexibility it would be great.

Stretch before, after, and in between the sets (choose exercises that stretches the muscle in the same time), work hard, eat lots of proteins, smile and get your beauty sleep. Quite easy Footloose huh?!!!!! (o:

You know Philia2 I heard somewhere that stretching may not be so good when it comes 2 weight training...
whatcha all think... anybody?

Of course you can stretch when weight training (better for your joints too). The problem is not that but the given flexibility......
I guess you cannot be as flexible when being body builder......
Actually rocker, good subject. What do you other think?

Stretching is a MUST when weight training. So much mis-information out there. Go to the bookstore and pick up a book on stretching and flexability. Or search the net for free info., its out there. Bodybuilders can be flexible. BB's have been known to take yogo, and ballett classes to help with flexability and grace. Comes in handy when they compete.
