I used to dread the word exercise. But you know what? When I work out, I always make sure that it doesn't seem like exercise. I mean, unless you're into hardcore body building (common girls...most of us aren't) then you should do something fun. Personally, the most enjoyable thing to do it to grab one of my girls (or bf) and do something together. Even if it's a snow ball fight for a good half hour, it all counts to me. And another thing that I do, since I'm currently *sigh* a user of public transportation is that I sometimes get off a stop early and walk a bit. It may not seem like anything if you do it once, but do it often and it all counts. And if that just isn't your style, if you are a real party girl, go clubbing till you drop! Dancing all night is one hell of a work out! Anyway, just remember to feel like you're having fun, not doing exercise! ;)

Hey i just wanted to reply and say that i agree with you... most people find it a drag to go out and exercise.. but you have to make it fun and do what you like so that you won't give it up. And you're right girl.. clubbing is an AWESOME way to dance those calories away ;)

I've had five children...and no I don't look like it....5' 11" 130lbs...my abs are hard from workouts, but not tight...any suggestions welcome.

buy the ab-doer or the ab dolly, theyre ads late at night like after 1200 or so

Yes! Like the "Info-mercial" says. Buy these products and you too can be the proud owner of the latest from the fad excercise industry! Before long you will be able to show all your friends your closet full of useless contraptions that did nothing for you! You may even be able to sport a pantry full of SLIM FAST type products that gave you the same results as the equipment!!

MORE CARDIO. You know what I mean. 20 min. empty stomach, first thing in the morning. As for the stretch marks that might have been created. I use a great new product "Mederma" it's an over the counter drug found @ most Eckerds. The draw back is that it's pretty expensive. But try one tube and see what it does. TAKE CARE
