I've got painful foreams from lifting - on the underneath side on the outside of the arm. I do wrist curls but I suspect it may be from doing bicep curls with a single weighted bar. Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong that would cause pain in this area?

maybe the angle of the bar and your wrists???? Do you use a bar with bends so that its natural for your wrists??? (damn i forget the name of that now lol)? Or do you use a straight bar?

If you straighten-out your arm completely, and twist it towards the inside to try and look at your elbow does it hurt around your wrist and elbow joint? If you answered yes, this is from to heavy weights, and give it a weeks rest, one of the symptoms of overtraining. It also comes from bad positioning of your wrists when doing the excersises.
