hi guys I'm not talking about my heart. I'm getting this pulling pain in my upper chest just under my collar bone while I'm doing dumbell incline presses. I mostly feel it when I go to put the weights down. the hardess part about this exersize is to get the weights into position. I think this is when I first felt the pain. Any Ideas?

Use your legs to throw the weights up to the starting position. Someone gave a great desciption for this a day or so ago. Of course, use a spotter if you can. Try not to drop the weights to the floor (if that is what you are doing) at the end of the set. Get them back to your thighs. The pain in the chest is probably due to the quick stretch/movement associated with getting the weights up and down.
