Irina, you've posted this before. The problem is that nobody on here is going to give you advice because none of us are your doctor, nobody wants you to injure yourself. Please contact a specialist.

irina,
lumina is right you should contact a specialist! Immediately!

Did you say you were in a car accident. I was and hurt my lower back really bad. It took a long time for it to heal.

Improving your posture will help, not only your back but your self esteem. Notice when you sit up straight and walk straight that you feel better.

Go to the Doctor ask questions and follow what they say to a T.

:) Melissa

hi..
training your lower back by doing hyperextensions for example (using no weight) and abs can help relieve some of the aching.. I'm pretty sure that would work coz a doc suggested I'd do that when my back was killin me..
also try not to sleep on your back so much and keep it aligned i.e. straight as much as possible while setting, walking or whatever... u know the way aronld had his in T2

Get to a doctor and get checked out. We are not medical experts here, and even if we were, one can not speculate on something that one does not see in person. Get checked out unless the prospect of a permanent disability appeals to you.

probably your spine is pinching or putting pressure on one of your vertebres (not sure how to spell that one) Usualy if your spine is out of order, (not scholiosis) but has a natural uneven tilt then most likeley this is what will happen. And the effect would be muscle pains in the back.

I had this about a year and a half ago. But I went to a chiropractor and it cured everything up cause we rearranged my spine back in order. I even had acid reflexe and for some reason one of the vertibres were pinching my muscles in that area which lead to signals for my esophogus, he was not aware of this, but I told him that my acid relfex stopped and he said that was the first one he ever heard of that gave feedback to him that an acid relex patient stopped having it....pretty cool you should try it out;)
