I am 45 and have started my weight loss journey in 2013 with great success, by 2915 I lost 65 pounds with my personal treadmill and help from a personal trainer and gym membership. 6 months ago I moved and had to sell my treadmill, cancel my gym membership because my new place has one and now have a 2nd job. I am struggling to find time and work out every day and have gained half the weight back. I need help finding a daily coach or a routine to get the most effective results.

Freeletics. You don't need a gym; you just need time. And if you want it, you'll make time. Everyone has the same 24 hours in the day; it's how you use them that counts.
