Start my workouts tomorrow. Quite like the calender idea.  Please tell me, do the exercises change or become more intense as time goes on and I become fitter?

Maybe these few exercises you can start with

Situps, Lunges, burpees, pull ups, pushups

Start slow and become more intense as time goes on and you become fitter
