Wanted to say hi and get some advice as well...  I am a T1 diabetic who is 33 years old.  I am 5'9 and 210 lbs.  I am looking to lose between 25 and 30 lbs and am not really sure where to get started.  I would love some help with a work out plan and a diet.  Any and all sincere advice is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi guys, 43yrs old, 5'6, 185. I'm ready to get started. I am finding it hard to toss out the junk food. I am now trying to peel myself from the bed, I have to work tonight 630p-730a. I want to start doing a small 7min daily workout, it is an iPhone app, and I would like to drink 8, 16oz bottles of water a day. This is my initial goal.
