Want to increase height along with reducing weight

Hello I'm 18 and want to increase my height along with reducing weight and getting FIT(first priority) . . . . . . On searching the net all I have found is stretching exercises which don't have any proof of working!!! Is there a specific routine i can follow to increase my height and become FIT at the same time ??????

--- Hi there. May I know your age please? Men stop growing at age 21 and women at age 19. It is best to do a warm up stretching first, followed by cardio, weight lifting and post-workout stretching to avoid damage to ligaments.
