I usually try to get out every other day to walk about 30 min. I do not have access to a gym and I don't have any exercise equipment here at home. I have no clue on what I can do for my cardio here at home if it is raining. I am at a loss here guys. I need help.

You can do jumping jack, squate, jog in place and carry some weights in a repetitive movements. It's more practical, effective and safe.
