Hi everyone my name is areiona and I am new to this site!My weight is 242 and my height is 5'6. . .I am looking to loose at least 40 to 50 pounds and I look forward to this new challenge. . I struggle with sticking to specific diet plans because I love food!!!But I am definitely ready for a change !I hope to meet others like me

--- hi five! dieting is not the only solution, you just need to do exercises as well. your too much heavier comparing to your height . so consider about  your body than having food. you need to do cardio exercise a lot. start with jogging 2 hours per a day. :)
