I just set up my fitness plan and the days for which I will hit the gym.  I am so excited about trying something new.  I really hope this helps with my weight loss.  The fitness plans that I chose are the cardio plan and the new to the gym plan to get to know the muscles in your body and get familiar with them.  Yay!!!
