Currently I do circuit training on m/w and spin class on t/th. I am switching to weights m/w/f and cardio on t/th/s. The weight program suggests 15 mins cardio then lift. Is it possible to do too much cardio?

It depends on your goals. I think 15 minutes of cardiac is ridiculously low. I get about 12 hours a week.
