I live in Northern Oregon and it has been sunny and beautiful for the last week. Which in turn has made go for power walks. At first my shins hurt but it's all good now. I love it, Oregon is such a gorgeous state especially when it's not ranning. I feel another power walk coming on.:) Maybe the last of the sun for awhile.
