I just bought a weight bench dumbells the bench is a golds gym sr5. I need help finding a exercise program for myself someone please help me get started rite.

Use dumbbells essentially the same way as you would barbells. I think they are better because they will hit accessory muscle that BB and machines wont. I use bodyweight and dumbbells only now. I have a good sit up and hyperextension bench and an incline bench. Look at the exercise routines on this sight and look at the exercises that are available for muscle groups.

Nobody can put together a perfect routine for you. You have to use trial and error as well as constant change to properly work out. Learn the form. Stay with light weigh until your form is perfect. The only limit for dumbbels is going to be quantity in weight.
