Hi I need advice..

I've been actively workout now for 1 1/2 years. I love and enjoy my workouts. I'm currently studying to become a fitness professional. And starting my own business.

After years of eating responsibly healthy but still a little naughty when it comes to snacking or that craving for chocolate or takeaway
during the week.
I've been disappointment with my results although good and I have come along way I know it has been my food holding me back!

I have started food prep each week.

Breakfast either of the following;

scrambled/poached eggs with either 1 of following,
Chilli or
Spinach or
mushrooms or
Slice of rye toast
Or
Oats with almond milk and Chia seeds
Or
Wholegrain toast with natural peanut butter
And
Green tea

SNACK;
Green Apple
/
100gram Bag with few almonds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts and pop corn.

Lunch;
Tuna salads
Or
Chicken wrap
Or
Kangaroo wrap
Or
Turkey wrap
With sml
Greek yoghourt with Chia seeds and almond meal

SNACK
Carrot and celery sticks with tablespoon cottage cheese / watermelon or protein shake or green tea.

DINNER;
Chicken
Or
Turkey
Or
Beef
Or
Kangaroo steaks
Or
Fish
Or
Salmon

With loads of greens

Sml serving
Sweet potato or quinoa or brown rice or occasionally pasta.

I have completely cut sugar bad oils, dressing, creamy sauces, Chips,dips, cheese, alcohol, etc.

Am I making any mistakes? Should I add or take any of these items out?
I want to loose 5kg in the next month.

Thanks

Jess 26yr old - F- 65kg- 165cm tall.
