Due to recent illness, I have lost strength in my hips and legs. Am unable to walk far, or stand for a length of time before pain and weakness affects my legs. Have been diagnosed with CFS/ME so tire quickly. Looking for any advice and help for best exersises to strength lower body.

As far as strengthing your lower body, I dont know what kind of exercise you are looking for legs or back, and I am not an expert

Leg streching with no weights
Calf Stretch
One Leg Hamstring Stretch
Toe Reach Stretch
Standing One Leg Thigh Stretch

Leg exercise with a 2-5lb dumbbell
Dumbbell Squats
Dumbbell Straight Leg Deadlift
Dumbbell Lunges
