hey ladies, any of you go to a gym? i just joined and i use alot of the equipment but i need a workout plan. do any of you have one the will help me flatten my abs, tone them and strengthen my arms. currently i only use one ab machine, and the bicep machine and tricep machine, along with lots of cardio and other leg machines. i know im suppose to switch up what i do but im not sure what else i should be doing.

If you click the excercise tab on here and then go to 'my workouts,' you can fill in what type of workout (gym) and how many days a week, plus if you want to gain or lose weight. Then based off of your responses, the website will generate your own personal workout plan giving different target areas of the body each day. I like it a lot and you can make your own adjustments but it leads you in the right direction. Hope this helps!
