Ia it really dangerous to take diet pills? I want to buy some here http://www.shoppharmacycounter.com/ to suppress appetite. Have anybody tried diet pills? Are they as dangerous as everybody says?

I wouldn't try them they may have side effects. I believe the only way to loose weight and get healthy is through exercise and watching what I eat. Unfortunately! Lol

Most diet pills don't do much for your body.  Some help surpress your appitite, but with the lower amount of calories your body goes into crash/survival mode and stores everything you eat as fat.  Thats exactly what you DON'T want to do.  Instead try eating sever smaller meals a day to curb your appitite and excersie.  Its about the best way to get your weight down safely.  Don't expect its going to be dramatic weight loss, because it takes time to convert the fat cells back into energy without causeing your body to try and store more fat.  I used a system where I would eat 600 calories of protien/whole wheat/and a small amount of fruit every morning, with 3 other 300 to 370 colories meals throught the day.  I didn't feel hungry because I was eating every four hours and drinking water and coffee(no milk just black).  I went from 175 to 148lbs in about 2 and a half months and felt great.  I excersied and worked (standing on my feet all day) 4 days a week and when I was done I had the energy to up my level and start biking long distance again.  Hope this really helps you with advice.  Protein helps balance sugar levels for about 4 hours, carbs only about 30-45min.  So try and keep a higher protein level for each meal.  Best luck

I'm taking the green coffee extract. It doesn't curb my appetite enough to not want to eat, but is supposed to attack fat like Dr. Oz suggests. It made me hyper at first because I am not a coffee drinker anymore. After a couple of days it stopped. There's only enough caffeine in it as in 1 cup of coffee. You take it before a big meal twice a day. I take it after lunch and dinner. I eat something like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch and a regular dinner, only in smaller portions, at dinner time. I try to eat before 6 o'clock at night so I can digest and still have some energy to work it off before going to bed. I work out eat very day. These are like no diet pills that I've ever taken. Be sure the green tea extract is 800 mg when buying. The health food stores sell these and have numerous kinds.

I have a feeling the person who posted this was just trying to get some free traffic to that website.

I'll be starting Apidex next Monday. I read up on it & it seems to have many side effects such as difficulty breathing, heart racing & shakes. I figure I'll stay on them unless I experience these too much then it'll be goodbye. I also read that some get hooked on them. Guess we'll see. :-)
