Hi all!  I'm Raychel. New to this fitness thing and decided that after having three babies I need to lose a bit of weight and tone up those muscles.  I've programmed a beginners at-home workout routine and paired it with a beginners cardio routine...6 days a week...starting today.  I would love to find a partner or two to keep in touch with on a regular basis as we go through this process of recreation :D

i wud luv to be a trainee partner i am also a mother of 2 kids and cant just tone my muscles down...i dont know if you want a female partner i actually am going to start with zumba which is also enjoyable with the children...
