I have set up my exercise schedule and ideally would like to focus on my stomach and build up a more toned stomach chest and arms, wwhats are the best things exercises to do in the home for this - any ideas welcome :-)

You can focus on your stomach but you won't see much in the way of results specifically on your stomach. It just doesn't work that way. Work your entire body. Do a good balance of lifting that hits every area. Do cardiac exercises a few days a week, preferably alternating days when you strength train. Try to fond a program you enjoy. You're more likely to stick with it.

Above all, learn to eat properly. Do all of this and your stomach will be fine.

thanks for the  tips Charlie, gonna get started on theexercises today and take it slow.
