2 weeks ago I have injured my groin. I did it playing tennis and have since re-injured it. I play comp tennis once a week and practice once a week. After 4 days the pain is gone and  then I play tennis again and after 10 minutes I strain it again. The pain is managble so I finish my matches (3 sets) but when I cool down it really starts to hurt. I also do strength training 4 times a week. I have 1 day off any exercise per week.
Is there any exercises I can do to build strength in my groin area or any methods of rehab to quickly ease the recovery (acupuncture, etc). I do not want to give up tennis or weights but instead seek to manage the discomfort until tennis season ends (14 weeks away) to rehab in completely.
I am 33, 6'2 and 85kg, about 10% boday fat, so I'm in quite good shape.
