Hi guys, thought I'd make the most of this knowledge pool and ask you a question, how do you get a larger waist?
(while staying fit, not living in a fast food restaurant!)

I'm 20, male and exercise and play sport on a regualar basis, including cycling some quite big hills.
I have quite large legs, to the extent that I often buy jeans/trousers of a larger size to accomodate for them!
I've heard that deadlifts may help, so my question is has anybody gone through this ectomorphic phase?

Whether you have or haven't do you have any advise?

Thanks all!

Patrick

Hey Patrick do you do any weight lifting or short sharp resistance training such as sprints?

I like doing exercises which work large muscle groups, especially those targeted towards my lower body and core plus increase upper body developement (deadlifts and squats are two of the best examples). These help to trim my core downwards, squats are especially good for firming up and increasing the muscle mass of my glutes.

I'v shared a really great ebook written by my good friend and colleague with everyone before, here is the link:-https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BxioSoMd4q3-Q2o5R1JjZV9LMnc

This will also help with your sports

Happy working out!
