I gave this a go a while back. Loved it. Nice to see what the body can do. Got my hands on a DVD last night and tried again. Felt great. I will continue this as part of my practice and regular routine.

Going fairly well, I'd say... not as bendy as the dudes and dudettes on the DVD, but they are also half my age.

I'm a guy and I am not very flexable, so I was thinking about maybe doing some yoga to help with that. Any pointers on where to start?
